My command
Each order is prepared with the greatest care. It will be wrapped in an organza pouch and a white or kraft gift box.
If you wish to offer a jewel to someone, do not hesitate to send me a comment specifying that it is a gift and I will send the order to the lucky recipient accompanied by a note .
You can also offer a Lovarth gift card online. It will allow the lucky recipient to have the freedom and the pleasure of choosing her gift.
To place an order, all you have to do is enter the code of your gift card. It is obviously possible to complete a purchase with another method of payment, if your gift card does not cover the total amount of the order. And if the amount of your order is less than the amount of your gift card, you can also use the remaining credit on another order before its expiry date.
Once the order has been validated, it is no longer possible for you to
edit. On the other hand, if it has not yet been prepared, it is
possible to modify or cancel it. So, contact me in the hours following the purchase , by email or by phone.

All the lengths of bracelets and necklaces are adjustable so do not hesitate to request the length of you choice. I will give you an estimate according to the chosen length and create your jewel!
Deliveries and returns
Delivery times are 2 to 5 working days for most Lovarth jewelry. Delivery is free from 100€ of purchases. For beaded bracelets, please allow a few extra days as most bracelets are made to order.
For returns, exchange or refund are possible within 15 days of receipt of your order.
Return postage costs are not refunded.
The jewel must not have been worn, modified or damaged. He must be
returned in its original packaging.
Any non-compliant return cannot be the subject of a return or credit.
For personalized jewelry, they will not be taken back or exchanged on account
given their personalized nature, making the resale of the jewel impossible.
Maintenance tips
Pamper your Lovarth jewel.
To maintain its shine, avoid contact with cosmetics and any source of humidity such as the sea, the shower or the swimming pool. In case of contact with water, be sure to dry your jewelry thoroughly. Remove your jewelry to sleep or play sports. Clean only with a soft cloth.
When you are not wearing them, it is best to put your jewelry away in a pouch or in a closed box.
If you want to clean your jewelry, rub it gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove impurities.
